    Circa 1970's - features a Ringing Bros clown riding an elephant - I am guessing that this was originally a photograph and the artist wanted all red with his look - signed in pencil by Richard Crouse - with the frame, it measures approximately 14" x 18" - image size is 5" x 7 1/2" - some scuffs on the wood frame - there are some spots on the glass under the glass - not on the image
