This 1971 Clinton County Soil Conservation District Annual Report Booklet is in GOOD used condition for its age. 64 pages. The front and back covers are a thick card stock type material. It shows some wear from age and storage - see photos. The front and back covers are intact. The tips of the corners on each cover have some wear marks. The edges of each cover have some slight wear. There is also some areas of discoloration on each cover. No rips or tears in either cover that we could find. The binding is staples. All of the pages are intact and still attached to the staple binding. No rips or tears in the pages that we could find. The pages have “yellowed” a bit from age. A GREAT addition to someone’s collection!
