Echo PB-400E Backpack Blower for parts

Description

I buy used chainsaws wherever I can find them and I sell them here. But sometimes I end up with blowers and I have to get rid of them. The blowers that I sell are used, usually abused and probably don't run. When I say a blower pops it means I have poured fuel in the carburetor or cylinder and it runs for a few seconds as it uses up the fuel.
This blower pops with fuel poured in the cylinder. Compression seems low at 130. It shows some wear but is in overall good condition. It has been sitting.

I do not take returns, I describe the blowers to the best of my abilities and it is possible that I missed something but it is usually small like a missing screw or something. These blowers are old and could have other problems I did not even check for. A common problem is bad fuel lines.
