Description
The Glow Sun Scrim is the perfect professional mobile tool for taming glaring sun and reducing contrast on your photo or video shoot. The kit consists of a collapsible aluminum frame that can be easily assembled and fitted with interchangeable light modifying, light absorbing or opaque screens to transform any kind of strong light source from hard to soft, natural to artificial. The convenient size of our Glow Sun Scrim helps master the harsh nature of a powerful light source into a wide variety of diffused illumination solutions. Even the most severe, direct light is changed into a gentle and controllable source for still or video photographers as it reduces the intensity of any sunlight and filters softly on subjects being filmed or photographed.
The cleverly constructed lightweight 1 inch tubular anodized aluminum frame is hinged and jointed to form a stable rectangle, reinforced to hold its shape with 2 self-locking levers. Two sliding clamps grip the frame to link the frame handle bar, for attaching to the support stand of your choice, at any angle, to add to its effectiveness. The frame folds down to a flat, transportable and storage friendly compact size, in its own 40" x 7" x 7" zippered bag.
The main diffusion material is a translucent silk type fabric that is wrapped onto the constructed aluminum frame and Velcro fastened. The kit includes a reversible silver tone fabric for powerful and effective fill-in control on one side and a solid white fabric that acts as a perfect bounce tool for striking product and people shots with dimension, on the other.
It all collapses to fit into a handy carrying bag, making it extremely portable and fast to set up.
Outdoors, The Glow Sun Scrim frame is supported best by C Stands, like the Flashpoint FPLSC, or a heavy duty weighted stand like the Flashpoint Pro Air Cushioned Heavy Duty Light Stands, when secured with weights or a Flashpoint½Sand Bag Weight. In the studio, careful placement of the scrim to the subject or light to scrim surface, anyone can control properties of diffusion and reduction of strength to achieve flattering portraits and fashion images. And, even more exciting to the 'people photographer', is the ability to place the light anywhere along the large translucent surface and create some interesting and dramatic effects.

We do not ship to other International locations.
Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices may be requested if you contact us immediately after payment during business hours. No guarantees for other times.
Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Returns
For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.
Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.
