All item S/N are always recorded to protect from false return claims and people switching products.
Items that are large value will require signature for delivery and insurance/tracking. This additional cost is calculated and will be included in the shipping fee.
Items will ship after Ebay managed payments has process funds to be eligible and not on hold status. Typically this can take 3 to 5 days based on working business days (M-F). We do try to ship as fast as possible and you will receive your tracking information once shipped. Managed payment has slowed the process down for small individual sellers without overhead capital to cover upfront funding for shipping expenses.
It is the Customer's responsibility to examine the shipment and all claims for shortage. Any damages incurred during shipping that are not noted by the buyer upon receipt of their item will be the buyer's responsibility.  Photos of the claimed damage
must be uploaded
during the request to return process for initial verification.
A twenty percent (10%) Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on returns and the insertion of this fee is at the seller's discretion.
When returning, buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs whether shipping costs are free or calculated at the time of purchase. The buyer is not informed of the seller's cost of shipping at the time of purchase when free shipping is offered, however we will deduct the original cost of shipping paid by us to the final return value when free shipping originally applied.
**IMPORTANT** Buyer MUST USE the seller's original packaging when placing a return. Any damages incurred during shipping that are not noted by the buyer, upon receipt of their item, will be the buyer's responsibility.
We DO NOT offer returns on items that are NOT damaged, defective, or misrepresented in anyway from the buyer when trying to return to the seller and are derived from BUYER'S REMORSE.
