This is a dollhouse (miniature) item.
This is a really cute and highly detailed green plastic "depression glass" place setting, manufactured in dollhouse (1:12) scale by "Chrysnbon" miniatures.  The set includes a dinner plate (3/4" in diameter), a salad plate (5/8" in diameter), a cereal bowl (9/16" in diameter) and a saucer (1/2" in diameter) and separate cup (1/4" tall).
