This very rare, Lionel Electronics Lab Mark IV Engineering Series 3203 is from 1961. It is in overall decent shape. The case and cover have no visable damage. The manual is a bit dirty but it is complete and there are no tears or marks.
I don't know if parts are missing or if it can be made to operate. It appears the contacts need cleaning. The battery compartment is clean. Great for parts or repair.
