Stihl BR-700X Backpack Blower for parts

Description

I buy used chainsaws wherever I can find them and I sell them here. But sometimes I end up with blowers and I have to get rid of them. The blowers that I sell are used, usually abused and probably don't run. When I say a blower pops it means I have poured fuel in the carburetor or cylinder and it runs for a few seconds as it uses up the fuel.
This blower makes spark. Compression is low at 70. I believe it was taken apart for a diagnoses then re-assembled. It is missing 1 recoil cover screw. There is a rope holding the straps together so something is missing or broken there. The muffler shield has some broken pieces. It is missing the collar at the end of the pipe. There is a piece broken off of the bottom of the unit. The pipes will be taken apart for shipping. It is dirty and has been sitting possibly outside.

I do not take returns, I describe the blowers to the best of my abilities and it is possible that I missed something but it is usually small like a missing screw or something. These blowers are old and could have other problems I did not even check for. A common problem is bad fuel lines.
