Fast focusing and further precise focusing design
The pull-and-focus (Stroke 30mm)design helps you quickly lock to the stars you want to see.Further precise focusing design can help you further lock the details of the stars and make your exploration of the universe smoother and easier
This solidly built 50mm Guide Scope will help guide you to capturing higher quality astrophotos. With its 50mm lens and smooth helical focuser, the versatile 50mm Multi-Use Guide Scope with Helical Focuser is an ideal addition to any astrophotographers collection of gear. What's more, you can use this handy scope as a deluxe, straight-through 50mm finder by inserting an optional 1.25" eyepiece (sold separately). A practical benefit of this is that prior to guiding, you can insert an eyepiece into the guide scope and easily align the guide scope with your main imaging telescope. Then remove the eyepiece and attach your autoguider camera.
The 50 mm Multi-Use Guide Scope with Helical Focuser features a built-in helical focuser that allows precise focus adjustments with zero flexure for rigid performance. Obtaining a clear, sharply focused view of potential guide stars is quick and easy with this sturdy scope. The fixed-orientation focuser mechanism will not rotate inserted autoguider cameras or eyepieces when focus adjustments are made. The helical focuser simply moves the attached device inwards or outwards while maintaining its orientation. This convenient feature means your field of potential guide stars will not rotate as focus is adjusted, further increasing ease of use.
The Multi-Use Guide Scope features a machined, knurled ring to make fine focus adjustments nice and easy, while a thumbscrew lets you lock-down the focuser in-place once adjustments are complete. The focuser boasts 8 mm of precise helical focus travel, plus telescoping drawtube housing provides up to 30 mm of additional back-travel if needed for your particular autoguider device. No extension tubes necessary! A compression ring fitting keeps any inserted autoguider cameras or eyepieces free of pesky scratches.
The Multi-Use Guide Scope with Helical Focuser also features male T-threads on the focuser collar for secure threaded attachment of guide cameras equipped with female T-threads.
This complete guide scope comes with two heavy-duty guide scope rings and a 3.5" long, 1.18"wide dovetail mounting bar, which is compatible with dovetail finder scope bases for easy attachment. The dovetail bar features five threaded through-sockets for versatile attachment options. The included guide scope rings feature six metal thumbscrews for precise aiming.
For those nights when you don't plan to capture astrophoto exposures, this versatile Guide Scope can double as a straight-through finder scope with an optional 1.25" eyepiece installed. For example, inserting a 20 mm eyepiece creates a 9.5x50 finder scope, or you can insert one Illuminated Centering Eyepieces for use as a finder with illuminated crosshairs for easy aiming. (Eyepieces sold separately).

    Reminder
    When you
    using SV105 with your telescope
    .
    you
    need to
    adjust the telescope focus wheel
    .
while checking the image on the computer for clarity arpness of focus.
NOTE: The SV105 can't auto focus
; you need to adjust the telescope focus to see a clear image.
SV105 works well with telescope focal lengths in 400mm to 800mm range
so using a refractor telescope with this focal length should allow seeing a clear image without any accessories.Shorter focal length telescopes and toy or low-quality telescopes are not recommended for use with the SV105.
When using a refractor telescope on the Moon with over 1000mm focal length you may need a focal reducer in order to focus correctly. SVBony also sells a 1.25”focal reducer. When viewing Jupiter or Saturn, we recommend also using a barlow lens for higher magnification up to 300 times magnification power. you can better see the finer details of Jupiter or Saturn. The clarity of the image is also related to the your shooting environment and light pollution.
    SV105 camera works on Windows
    .
Experienced astronomers use software to edit the images captured by SV105, then the images will be much more clear.

A: SV105 Electronic Eyepiece can connect a 1.25-inch filter, zenith mirror, Barlow mirror, astronomical telescope and the filter thread is M28.5*0.6.Maby Cause Barlow is not the correct 1.25"
Q: Using a 1500mm focal length telescope, no matter how to adjust , can not see clearly, what should I do?
A: PLS Try to use 0.5x Focal Reducer, my US customer told me SV105 fit the 400mm~ 800mm focal length telescope, and my Japanese customer also reflect that when the use Focal Reducer with the telescope, then can get a very clear image.
