Vintage Child Guidance 1984 ELECTRONIC TALK ‘N PLAY-VERY RARE CBS TOY-NEW IN BOX — This learning system electronic toy is BRAND NEW IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. The device has remained in its original box for nearly FORTY years now prior to my opening it for photo taking purposes. I have taken photos of everything that was within the box EXCEPT for several batteries that were leaking/had leaked very badly that were sealed within a plastic bag
I disposed of these obviously expired batteries and cleaned any and all areas where the leakage/debris from the expired batteries had slightly spilled out. There were five spiral booklets and five cassette tapes that came in their own plastic bag that also lied within the box. The actual device itself seems to have suffered a small degree of discoloration over the past four decades of lying within the box. I attribute this due to the old glue that holds the device together impacting the color of the device in some areas. I have done my best to take the best photos possible, but please remember that I was only permitted to display twelve photos in all. Please see all photos. I cannot guarantee that this device, despite being brand new, remains in functional condition due to its extremely old age and due to it lying dormant in its original packaging box for nearly four decades.
