    Description

    Vintage German Bavaria porcelain set of 5 ~ fruit or berry bowls by Mitterteich in the "LILAC" pattern.  The bowls measure 5 1/4 inches or 13.3 cm in diameter.  They feature a white ground with a beautiful scalloped edge and a raised design in the porcelain around the rims.  They are further enhanced with bouquets of lilacs in pink, white and purple and are further enhanced with gold on the rims.   They are marked "MITTERTEICH BAVARIA LILAC GERMANY ", along with an "M" and a laurel leaf.
    The bowls are in excellent condition, free from any chips, cracks, or damage to gold trim. There are some light storage & / or utensil marks on some spots, but none that mar or scratch the lovely pattern, & they are few in number. They are stunning, such a lovely pattern! I am listing dinner plates, & some soup bowls as well.
