Found in original box stored away at my In-Law's.  My husband says he knows it never was used and has
no idea how they even got this
commercial model.
I didn't want to test it as the manual mentions specific wiring instructions ( it even mentions direct current!).  Really Retro - likely from the 1950s or early 60s as manual doesn't have zip code.   Approx 15" wide, 19" length, front 2 burners about 3" high, back 2 about 5" high.
